Returns Policy

Returns Policy-

All of our plants are carefully packaged to ensure they are braced for transit, however we do not take responsibility for the handling of the plants once they leave The Greenery Sydney premises and any damage that may occur. If you believe your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order and we will endeavour to assist you in rectifying the situation with the courier/Australia Post. We cannot guarantee the outcome in these circumstances. We do not accept returns for change of mind under Australian Consumer Law.

We process all orders with tracking information. We are not responsible for orders once they have left The Greenery Sydney’s premises. However, if your order is lost during transit through courier/Australia Post please contact us immediately.


Shipping Policy-

Where possible plants will be shipped in their pot, however due to shipping costs being calculated by weight as well as dimensions, most plants will be shipped semi-bare rooted. Due to Australian biosecurity restrictions we unfortunately cannot post to TAS, WA and NT.
